Formula Change Is Awful
I have been using this product for 12 years and I have loved it ever since I started using it, but I just purchased a new bottle and the formula has changed, and not in a good way. The spray doesn’t de-tangle, it doesn’t leave my hair smooth & shiny, and it doesn’t speed dry time. My hair feels crunchy & dry. To confirm it wasn’t just the recently purchased bottle I received I went and purchased a second one this morning and it’s as horrible as the first new bottle. I hope the old formula comes back because this new one isn’t it.
